Answr is a knowledge-sharing environment. We welcome the contributions of anyone who wants to share knowledge of nonprofit technology.

Anyone can create an account and both submit and answer questions. Frequent contributors will be invited to join the community editorial team and oversee Answr management.

Answr.net Response Format

The standard format and approach for responding to Answr.net questions will consist of three succinct paragraphs. There will be certain topics that require longer responses due to the nature of the topic and the amount of valuable information related to it. Here’s a typical response format:

• Intro/Thesis:
  The first paragraph should include a direct answer to the question. It should also include an overview of the technical topic for discussion, and how it benefits the organization.
• Body:
  The second paragraph should focus on answering the question utilizing/referencing whatever research is needed to validate the answer.
• Conclusion:
  The final paragraph should serve as a conclusion for answering the question and, when possible, cite additional resources for further insight and information.
